Your body is an oracle. Your creative power, intuition and feminine wisdom live there inside you. When we come home to and reinhabit our body temple, we can live by our own natural rhythm, hear the whispers of our heart and soul, let the energy of life move through us and bring our desires to life. The culture we live in has conditioned us to disconnect from our body, live in our head and our thinking mind and feel separate from the earth. To root and rewild is to come home to our body, reconnect to the earth and her rhythms, restore our sense of belonging and remember how to delight in our sensual embodied experience—this is our birthright.

Rooting & Rewilding is a small group, four session container to nourish this sacred reconnection. The course takes us from the Fall Equinox to the Winter Solstice, a potent time for ritual and reflection. We will gather once a month as we explore: dance, sensual movement and body prayer; earth teachers and the four elements; storytelling & creative writing; breathwork; Goddess mythology & spirituality; and sacred sexuality.
